Customer Service Technician (1st Line / 2nd Line).

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join the help desk in our vibrant IT company supporting schools and businesses around the East Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of:

  • Windows desktop (versions 7 / 10).
  • Windows server fundamentals for fault diagnostics.
  • Office 365 maintenance.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Self-time management are essential.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Previous experience of Schools ICT would be an advantage.

Ark have offices in Spalding and Metheringham, the right candidate could be based at any of these locations or working onsite at any one of our client sites.

Salary negotiable on experience but in the range of £19,000 - £23,000 depending on experience and any current Microsoft certifications. The role attracts a phone allowance, pension and Bupa membership.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
