Schools' IT Support: What We Do

Ark understands that every organisation is different, with distinct problems and requirements. We work closely with the staff at your school to ensure we provide the highest level of support and the perfect learning environment for your pupils or support for your business.

An engineer is assigned to your organisation so that you get to know them and build a relationship, this also means that the engineer understands your network and knows what you want to achieve using the ICT.

Explanation of Charges:

Ark ICT Solutions Ltd provide a base All-In-Contract to support all of the schools ICT support requirements. We offer ‘add ons’ that can be applied to the base All-In-Contract to delivery additional services. If the school chooses Ark ICT Solutions as their ICT provider, the school will receive unlimited remote and onsite support. The school would have a designated engineer who will visit the school on a routine schedule to check and resolve any issues your staff or pupils may have. If an urgent issue arises we can arrange an engineer to visit if deemed necessary or attempt to resolve the issue remotely. We do not assign a specific amount of time onsite for each school unless specified within the contract, as there are times when we will visit the school at no additional cost.
