Kevin Taylor - ICT Web Developer
Work Experience:

I spent the first 20 years of my working life desperately trying to be a working musician, touring in the Soviet Union and writing and recording two CD albums, both of which nobody bought!
With the addition of children to my life I realised I would need to find another avenue to sustain my growing family!
I started developing websites in 2000, developing a number of sites for local businesses. To further my experience I joined Cambridgeshire County Council to work as Project Co-ordinator on a council web site called ‘AskCedric ‘; a tool for traders and consumers to find out about the legislation covering Trading laws.
When this was completed I joined Peterborough City Council, as a graphic designer, web developer, photographer, database designer and general IT support guy! This was a widely varied job which expanded my knowledge of both printed and internet design media.
Having worked for Phil Callow in his pre Ark life it came to my attention that he was looking for a Web Developer to join his team. I joined in December 2005 and have developed my skills further with the production of more and more complex sites. I currently develop using HTML, XHTML, AJAX, ASP, VB Script, Javascript and Flash – but to all clients I speak in good old fashioned plain English!!
